1. Acceptance

By using ReplyDMed you agree to these terms.

2. License

You grant us permission to read comments on your Instagram posts, send DMs on your behalf, and track delivery analytics — via the official Meta Graph API only.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to use the service to spam or harass users, send unsolicited bulk messages, or violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or any applicable law.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for Instagram account restrictions, lost revenue, or data loss, though we take reasonable precautions against all of these.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate Instagram's terms, this agreement, or that send spam or illegal content.
