To provide ReplyDMed we collect: Instagram Business account information (via Meta OAuth), comments on your posts, and message delivery metrics.
2. How We Use Information
We use this data solely to send automated DMs on your behalf, generate analytics reports, and keep the platform secure. No data is sold or shared with third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Comment logs are retained for deduplication and analytics. Databases are backed up daily.
4. Your Rights
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time, and can revoke the app's access in your Instagram/Facebook settings. We comply with GDPR and CCPA.
